Saturday, November 7 | Azalea Park

​

Christmas/Holiday-Themed Setup

The November 7 sessions will take place at Azalea Park and will feature a Christmas and holiday-themed setup with a blanket, seasonal props, and a chair or bench for sitting.

​

The themed setup will be located in an area of the park with easy access to the surrounding trees and pathways, giving you the option to incorporate both the holiday setup and the natural beauty of Azalea Park into your session.

​

The themed setup is completely optional. You are welcome to use the setup for your portraits, skip it entirely, or incorporate a combination of the holiday setup and natural surroundings.

​

Photos of the completed holiday setup will be posted once the setup is finalized.

Sunday, November 8 | Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site

​

Natural & Outdoor Setting

​

The November 8 sessions will take place at Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site and will focus entirely on the natural beauty and historic surroundings of the park.

​

There will be no themed props or setup. The location offers a variety of natural backdrops, including trees, wooden fences, open grassy areas, and other scenic areas throughout the historic site.

Park admission is not included in the session fee. A $3 per person admission fee is required by the park and must be paid by the client.

Pricing & Payment Terms

• Total session fee: $100

• 50% non-refundable retainer required at time of booking

• Remaining 50% due prior to the scheduled session date

• Park admission for Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site is separate and is the responsibility of the client.

Booking & Scheduling

Sessions are available Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8, 2026, with appointments scheduled back-to-back throughout the day.

​

Appointment availability is limited and is first-come, first-served.

​

A signed portrait agreement contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your appointment. Your session time is not considered booked until both have been received.

Retainers may be paid via Square invoice, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

​

More than one 15-minute session may be booked back-to-back if you would like additional time and/or more images. If you feel your group may need more than 15 minutes, booking consecutive sessions is recommended.

​

*Please Arrive On Time*

• Because sessions are scheduled back-to-back, it is important that you arrive on time and ready to begin at your scheduled appointment time.

• Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed additional time, as sessions will not be extended into the following client's appointment. A late arrival may result in less shooting time and fewer final images.

• Please plan accordingly and arrive a few minutes early whenever possible.

Finding Your Session Location

Because these parks are larger locations, the photographer will send you a message on the day of your session with instructions for finding the setup, including a dropped pin showing the exact location within the park.

​

The message will be sent by email or text, depending on your preferred method of communication.

​

Rescheduling & Retainer Policy

If a session must be rescheduled by the photographer and the client is unable to attend the new date and/or time offered, the 50% retainer will be refunded.

Otherwise, the retainer is non-refundable.

Additional Terms

• Cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers

• Availability is limited and appointments are not guaranteed until the portrait agreement contract and retainer have been received

• The 8-image guarantee applies to the final professionally edited gallery. Final gallery content and image variety will depend on session flow, location, client participation, and other circumstances of the session

• Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site admission fees are separate from the session fee and are the responsibility of the client
